On tripod, Canon 5DMk2, 12mm, F13, 1/4 sec, ISO 100, no filter, processed in Lightroom.
Walking along a private beach in Kailua, I was mesmerised by the whole scene around me. The colour of the water was incredibly azure. The palm trees were perfect in may ways. the islands off the coast almost begged me to swim out to them. I spent over an hour just sitting under this tree, enjoying a peaceful meditation. I wanted to capture a memory of that day and even now whenever I look at the image, I can instantly recall that peaceful feeling.
